2017 Yom Hadin – The Day of Judgement
As we’ve already discussed, during the season of Atonement (Yom Kippur) these “books” are sealed and the concept of writing in books is the source of the common greeting during this time is “May you be inscribed and sealed for a good year.” (Daniel 7:9-10; 2 Corinthians 5:10; Revelations 20:11-12)
We should view the Ten Days of Awe leading up to Yom Kippur as a critical window of time to ensure one’s name is written in the Book of Life through repentance, seeking forgiveness and charity. As believers in Yeshua, we know that it is through Him alone that we are written in the Lamb’s Book of Life, whether Jew or Gentile (Rev. 20:11-15) and will have to stand before the great white throne of judgement. It’s time to get ready for Yom Hadin – The Day of Judgement!
